![]() Mathematical Logic Logic is hard, but it’s easier now that I have people to work with, like Kellen (who also has a webcomic) and Katie (who is a cool person). It is starting to hit me how soon I’m going to graduate, so I am taking way too many classes. Logic, set theory, game theory, actuarial finance (and an american cultures class but that’s boring). The only reason I had time to post a comic this week is because I just finished a group of midterms. I tried to do a day of hourly comics on 24 hour comics day, but I haven’t had time to scan or ink those. Maybe I’ll get to those in the next week, but I can’t promise anything until winter break! ALSO: we now have a steam group I guess? |
![]() There’s Gonna Be Hell To Pay You keep aggravating that witch! So everyone is pretty excited about left 4 dead 2, although I feel my own excitement has waned quite a bit since the announcement. I think that has more to do with my lack of time and money rather than anything with the game. What I am excited about is the new gearbox release Borderlands. I am sure you have all heard about it by now but the game is clearly based on diablo 2, but with fps gameplay. No not like Hellgate London or other recent rpg shooters that use hidden dice rolls and statistics to determine whether you hit or not. This is straight shooter gameplay right out of counter-strike. Diablo 2 and counter-strike, these are the games that I have spent the majority of my life playing and continually re-lapse every year or so, I see borderlands as an investment in not just hours but years of gametime for me to keep coming back to. Whereas I got bored with left 4 dead around the time left 4 dead 2 was announced, I feel left 4 dead 2 will no doubt be a great game but just won’t hold my attention as long. |

Oh man, witches freak me out so much; I always make sure there’s a door nearby so I can close it. Preferably with the witch on the other side.

Ah, the Witch: The reason I refuse to play L4D on anything harder than ‘newborn mewling kitten’ difficulty.
I’m shocked at how similar this comic is to me and my boyfriend. I turn into a Chupacabra if he interrupts my writing time.

Personally I can’t wait for the release of MAG. 256 online multiplayer, and I’m lucky enough to Beta test it!

Ya that game looks pretty cool, but I can’t play console shooters.

DOOD that looks like that one theorem where all countable dense linear orders are isomorphic and stuff.

I’m so sad, I though steam was going to be a steampunk community.

I’d hate to be a spoilsport, but unless Sean did something like throw a stick at Mimi, then she would take quite a bit of time to get up. And if you haven’t already gotten Borderlands, get it now. It is amazing.
